TRYOUT SCHEDULE

Alternate Tryouts: Will be held on August 27th. Please use the tryout registration link to register and view

exact times. Alternate tryouts are only for players who are unable to attend regularly scheduled tryouts on

August 23rd and 24th. We strongly encourage participation in the main tryouts, as team roster availability is

not guaranteed at the alternate session.

2025-2026 Program Letter

Welcome to the 2025–2026 season at EBC Training Centers! We are excited to begin another year

of player development, competition, and community. Our mission remains the same: to provide a

structured, professional, and supportive environment where athletes can grow both on and off the

court. Purpose over Points.

This season, we’re proud to introduce exciting new resources for our players- including our

exclusive partnership with Luceo Sports, while continuing to deliver high-quality coaching,

competitive opportunities, and programs for every level.

Club Teams [Blue & White Team Structure]

TRYOUTS – August 23rd & 24th

Tryouts are required for all players interested in joining a Club Team.

• Cost: $15 to attend

SEASON DATES:

September 8th - Kick-Off Week

September 14th (first week of regular practices)

February 15th - last day of practice

What Club Teams Receive:

• 2 practices per week

• Approximately 2 tournaments per month (6–8 games monthly)

• Access to LUCEO Sports (see announcement below)

• Player development in a competitive and supportive environment

• Led by experienced EBC coaches (view coaching assignments at the bottom of this

document)

• NEW: This season, certain team levels will have separate practice groups for Blue Teams

and White Teams.

For example, 7th Girls Blue & 8th Girls Blue may practice together, while

5th Boys White & 6th Boys White may share practice sessions.

Practice Schedules will be announced prior to tryouts.

At EBC, our practice schedule is unique- set for the entire season and held at the same central

home base location, giving families consistency and reliability. Unlike many other programs, our

practices are not subject to weekly changes, allowing players and parents to plan with confidence.

Important Tryout Information

After tryouts, our coaching staff will carefully review player evaluations to ensure thoughtful placement decisions. Families can expect:

• Selection Timeline: Team rosters are typically finalized within 24–72 hours after the final tryout session.

• Communication: Families will receive an email notification with placement details, next steps for registration, and season information. Players have 24 hours to accept their roster spot before we move on to the next selection.

• Pathways: Athletes not placed on a Club Team will automatically be considered for the

EBC Development League (D-League) and will receive a separate invitation if eligible.

We ask families to be patient during this process, as we want to make sure every athlete is placed

in the program that best supports their development.

Please Note: Club Team tryouts are a selection process. Not every player will be placed on a team,

and cuts will occur. We understand this can be a difficult process for both players and parents. Our

staff takes great care in evaluations, and final decisions may take 24–72 hours following tryouts to

ensure each athlete is placed in the best environment for their development.

For players who are not selected for a Club Team, we are proud to offer our EBC Development

League (D-League) as the next step. The D-League provides a structured, supportive environment

to continue building skills, confidence, and game experience with the goal of preparing players for

future Club Team opportunities.

Club Team Fees:

This season’s total cost reflects a small 5% annual increase from last year. We make these adjustments carefully to keep pace with rising facility, tournament, and technology costs while continuing to provide a professional, structured, and high-quality basketball experience for our families.

Payment Breakdown:

• Registration Fee (due at acceptance): $530

• Monthly Payments: $355 each month

This totals a $127 total season increased cost- an intentional adjustment that allows us to maintain

top-tier coaching, top-tier facility operations, and new resources like our exclusive Luceo Sports

partnership.

EBC Scholarship Fund

We believe in making basketball accessible for all families. Through the EBC Scholarship Fund, we

are proud to offer need-based financial assistance. Families interested in scholarships are

encouraged to inquire after team selection during the registration process.

Our Blue & White Team Model

At EBC, we use a Blue/White team model to ensure players are placed in the environment that

best supports their development.

• Blue Teams are our most competitive level, designed for athletes who are ready to

compete at a higher pace and intensity, often against top competition in their age group.

• White Teams provide a competitive experience with a stronger emphasis on continued skill

development, confidence-building, and preparing players for advancement to Blue Teams

in future seasons.

NEW! *LUCEO Sports Partnership*

We are excited to announce our exclusive partnership with Luceo Sports, making us the only

partner in our state. Luceo Sports is a cutting-edge platform that transforms how coaches teach

and how players learn. Through interactive play diagrams, animated breakdowns, and on-demand

film study, our athletes will be able to:

• Visualize concepts more clearly

• Review plays from anywhere

• Strengthen their understanding of the game like never before

This resource is fully integrated into our program, giving players 24/7 access to their playbook,

practice plans, and teaching tools so they can learn at their own pace and arrive on the court more

prepared and confident.

Our goal is not just to coach athletes on the floor but to provide the tools to become true students

of the game—and with Luceo Sports, that’s exactly what we are doing.

Development League (D-League)

The D-League is designed for beginner to intermediate players or those not placed on a Club Team.

Players can also bypass club tryouts and sign up directly for D-League.

• 1 structured practice + Scrimmage per week (Sundays)

• Discounted private training packages

• Priority scheduling for training sessions

Season: September 14th – February 15th

Fees: $250/month + $275 team deposit upon acceptance
