Spring season at EBC is ideal for players who want:

Spring 2026 Tryout Dates & Schedule

All tryouts will be held at EBC Training Centers in Kirkland. Please arrive 15–20 minutes early to check in and warm up.

Saturday, February 21 – Girls Tryouts

  • 9:00 – 10:15 AM: 2nd / 3rd Grade Girls

  • 10:30 – 11:45 AM: 4th Grade Girls

  • 12:00 – 1:15 PM: 5th Grade Girls

Break

  • 2:30 – 3:45 PM: 6th Grade Girls

  • 4:00 – 5:15 PM: 7th Grade Girls

  • 5:30 – 6:45 PM: 8th Grade Girls

Sunday, February 22 – Boys Tryouts

  • 9:00 – 10:15 AM: 2nd Grade Boys

  • 10:30 – 11:45 AM: 3rd Grade Boys

  • 12:00 – 1:15 PM: 4th Grade Boys

  • 1:30 – 2:45 PM: 5th Grade Boys

Break

  • 4:00 – 5:15 PM: 6th Grade Boys

  • 5:30 – 6:45 PM: 7th Grade Boys

  • 7:00 – 8:15 PM: 8th Grade Boys

What to Expect at Tryouts

During Spring tryouts, athletes will be evaluated on:

Basketball fundamentals (shooting, ball handling, footwork)

Game awareness and decision-making

Defensive effort and competitiveness

Coachability, attitude, and energy

Ability to play within a team setting

Tryouts will include skill work, controlled scrimmage play, and competitive drills. Players are encouraged to compete hard, communicate, and play unselfish basketball.
