EBC Coaching Staff

The EBC coaching staff carries years of experience, valuable knowledge, and a track record of winning in their basketball careers. Our #1 priority is to help share our proven strategies and methods learned over the years with fellow members of EBC to ensure them a bright future. Lastly, we like to have fun. A lot of it. Our staff is very friendly, welcoming, and they will all have your back through thick and thin. When you sign up at EBC Training Centers, you’re now a part of our family. We’re all in this together and we’ll do whatever it takes to help you succeed!

Nick Crossan

Nick Crossan has been at EBC since day one. He’s the Owner and Program Director. Nick has a long list of coaching experience which includes being the Head Assistant Boys Coach at Issaquah HS under Jason Griffith who placed 6th in the state (2016). He was the Head Coach at Bellevue HS for the Girl’s Program and took them to the KingCo Championship (2019). And lastly, Nick has helped over 50 athletes play at the collegiate level. Prior to coaching, Nick was a standout player at Skyline HS where he lettered all four years, earned all-league all four years, is the all-time leading scorer in career points (1,135), and was a McDonalds All American Nominee (2009). Coaching for him is not just for the moment, it’s forever. As a leader, Nick strives to be an energy giver who can give someone a seed and help them plant that seed. Then, being there to help them water that seed and watch them grow it into a beautiful flower where they are ultimately becoming the best version of themselves. Nick’s vision is to be the preeminent youth basketball program that accommodates each coach, player, and family, to figure out what their goals are, and dissect those goals into small wins that lead to creating habits, that lead them to win each day. These habits not only set our players up to become better basketball players but fully enhance and diversify their skillset in every facet of life. People invest in the stock market, but at EBC, Nick and his staff invest in people, where it becomes bigger than basketball, and where EBC creates lifelong contracts.
